Devon Assurance Partnership has successfully achieved the Customer Service Excellence Standard, maintaining the award over several years of continual assessment.

Achievement of the standard means that we as an organisation are providing services that are efficient, effective, excellent, equitable, with the customer at the heart of everything we do.

The standard has a particular focus on delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude. There is also emphasis placed on developing customer insight, understanding the user’s experience and robust measurement of service satisfaction.
